Charline has been telling us about this great coffee shop called Geez, Louise down on Colfax, so while mom was here last week we decided to check it out.
Louise is the lovely blond in the 80's wear. She changes her outfit daily, but is always cheerfully flagging down passersby, who occasionally mistake her for a...well, ya know, it's Colfax after all. Her friends who own the coffee shop put her out one day for a joke, and she gathered so much attention that she became a daily fixture! Mom thought she was fabulous! Riley has his muffin -- this is important because he really wanted a bag, so I made him ask the owner for one all by himself. :)
